So, where do I start? I'm a Afrikaans speaking photographer, not an English writer! So maybe, that is where I'll start. Welcome to my - not so grammar and spelling correct- photography blog.

Maybe you can understand that I feel as open an exposed as this crater, at the end of the Augrabies Falls National Park in South Africa. The Khoi people called it "Aukoerebis", or place of Great Noise, as this powerful flow of water is unleashed from rocky surroundings characterized by the 18km abyss of the Orange River Gorge.
